The eyes are one of the most important parts of our body, therefore their health necessarily needs to be preserved and maintained as much as possible at a good level. To keep on top eye health there are various methods and devices simple to follow, we go briefly to illustrate. 1. Use sunglasses Especially for those who have the eyes clear, and therefore more sensitive to light, the spring and summer months can be a problem for eye health. Fatiguing them by subjecting them - unwittingly - in strong sunlight, especially when you are at sea and also touches on having it reflected on water and sand, it is not a great idea. In short, the best thing to do is to get a good pair of sunglasses. Do not underestimate the importance of eyeglasses and contact lenses Needless to say also, if you need it, eye health requires to wear eyeglasses, of any type may be necessary. Not only are people with myopia or astigmatism are "forced" to this practice, but also those who experience fatigue or discomfort in looking and focus on nearby objects (pages of a book or the food you have on your plate, for example) or away. Never use expired in contact lenses, take care to clean them the best before applying them to your eye, and if necessary, use a good eye drops. 4. Consume fruits and vegetables It will look like a "grandma" remedy but, apparently, is effective: eat fruits and vegetables not only improves your overall health, but also the eye health. In particular, would be shown the fruits and vegetables of green and yellow, in addition to carrots, rich in vitamin A, important for the formation of visual pigments. 5. Undergo chamomile compresses Like the eye drops if your eyes are tired, dry, or suffer from conjunctivitis, a good way to experience relief and to benefit eye health is to undergo the chamomile compresses. The easiest way to prepare is to cool water, soak the normal filters to prepare and chamomile, making sure that no hot or too warm, apply it on the eyes for a few minutes. Undergo frequent checks Obviously the best vehicle for eye health is and always remains prevention: take care of you undergo eye examinations at least one year if the flies healthy and if you are not suffering from particular hardships. As they say, prevention is always better than cure!
